About the Founder

The company was founded by Mr. Shoeb. Hasan G. He is a qualified mechanical engineer having hands-on experience in building this business for the last 30 years. He designed Fume extraction systems for more than 90 steel and cement plants. The learning curve is unmatched by its competitors and he is been a technocrat all along his life exploring every opportunity to help the environment. Everyone associated with him has benefited immensely, be it, clients or employees.

The company has been developing leading-edge technologies under the guidance of experts to serve the individual needs of customers worldwide. We are one of the leading companies in industrial air pollution control. Our systems are customized and optimized for cleaning efficiency and cost-effectiveness. At FAIR, we adhere to high-quality standards upheld by qualified experts. Presently the company has 3 factories in Maharashtra, India which are established and well-managed by the founder himself.

Our project management team focuses on all aspects of the business be it cost, quality, on-time deliveries, and using the best raw materials including bought-out spares/products for maximum performance. We strive to accomplish our goals and push forward in managing the lowest possible emission rates from 10-100mg/nm3 as recognized by the air pollution control board. Our equipment and machinery provide great service life if installed and maintained as per operating manuals provided while commissioning.

Our Goals

Our mission is to help industries reduce carbon emissions by providing innovative APC solutions. We mainly serve iron and steel plants and help them reduce environmental pollution by capturing all the fumes emitted in the process of steel melting and processing works. Being serviced steel plants across the Asian continent for over 30 years, we are able to design the most efficient pollution control equipment and systems.

Infrastructure

As the project demands we are always ready to accept the challenge and complete any size of fabrication and machining required. Presently Fair engineering Co. holds a fabrication unit in Vasai another unit in Nalasopara and the third one in Palghar. All the 3 places have efficient managers to manage day-to-day operations and manufacturing activities. We have a combined fabrication capacity of 100 Tons/month to manufacture finished products at our factories.

We have been independently assessed by QRO and are compliant with the requirements of ISO9001:2015- Quality Management system to manufacture Air/Gas pollution control systems for industries, dust collectors, blowers, chimneys, heat exchangers, and material handling systems.

Our Offerings

Primary fume extraction system

We manufacture and supply Furnace spares, general spares for APC, and Road safety products.
